If I receive a new water heater and the board is bad out of the box, can I replace it myself and be reimbursed? Suburban Water Heater Control Board (SAW6 D/DE/DEL) 521166
Power at unit. Fault light on. No power at board to PWR, Test, NC but not V1. I hope I don’t need to take the rig to a dealership to resolve this.
