Need part numbers for high temp limit switch, motor, and small plastic blower for SF-35VHQ 222109469 Suburban Furnace SF-35VHQ (2588A) Vertical/Horizontal Mounting

Furnace stopped working.
Upon reset and restart, the motor starts/runs very slow and makes noise like fan is rubbing on something.
And then, when I thump the housing with my hand, it speeds up then slowly drops in speed till the flow switch opens.
